Смешиваем белки и желтки. На антипригарной сковороде жарим три блина из яиц. Отдельно варим грудку, слегка солим, перчим. Нарезаем грудку кубиками. Смешиваем творог с зеленью и кефиром. Выкладываем в форму: сначала белковый блин, на него – слой творога, курица, листья салата. Повторяем слой. Закрываем все белковым блинчиком. Оставляем в холодильнике на пару часов для пропитки.
